We would not think twiceabout staying at Mr. Baravelle's Condo
at the Waikiki Banyan. It waseverything it was represented to be; clean,
spacious, well equipped and a wonderful location. We rate everything
a 10! The best part was Mr.Baravelle's trustworthiness. He forwarded
all the information we needed, promptly, via e-mail; called us
prior to arrival to confirm and again after arrival to make sure
everything was acceptable. Finally, we received our damage deposit
back in less than 10 days with no hassles! This place comes
highly recommended by us.

The condo is very well equipped with all that's needed for
a relaxing holiday.The huge bed is a joy to be in and the views
of the ocean and Diamond head are superb.Relaxing on the balcony
is excellent early in the morning just after sunrise.The swimming
pool and tennis courts were a real bonus.The whole place was always
spotlessly clean and quiet in the evenings.The bus stop is just
around the corner and the public transport is really good.The
best holiday for many years.

The condo is of just GREAT condition. It is perfect for any
type of vacation in Waikiki. Everything is so close to the Waikiki
Banyan, everything is just a walk away, the bus stop is right
outside the building which is VERY continent. The room is very cozy, and spacious. As well the host
is very great to get along with and very informative emails. I
rate this as a 5 star plus condo!! Whenever returning to Waikiki
I will definitely stay here! The views are amazing!!! The beach
is so close! just pure GREAT!

Outstanding is the best way to describe the views and condo at
the Waikiki Banyon. The host is very gracious, we have stayed two
times and will continue to visit. Condo is clean, and comfy and
sleeps 4 people comfortably. Great location! Anything you want to
do is virtually minutes away in Waikiki.

What could be better than staying in a comfortable condo while
on vacation. Edward von Baravalle's condo is precisely that! Not
only is it comfortable ( the clean,well-quipped kitchen,king-size
bed, closet well stocked with linen and numerous pillows are very
much appreciated), but it has as well the advantage of being close
to the beach. There are even three beach mats and two beach towels
available. The location is great if you have children, for the zoo
and aquarium are virtually next door. Renting from Mr. Baravalle
means not having to worry. Mr. Baravalle is someone to be trusted.I
would defiantly recommend renting 2809.

I just wanted to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our
stay in your Waikiki Banyan condo. The view was great
and the free parking and internet connection were
bonuses. We definitely would like to stay in #2809
the next time we are in Honolulu.

My wife and I just returned from 2 weeks at the condo. We arrived very late,
about midnight. The unit was very clean and well appointed. When we awoke
the next morning, we were treated to what has to be some of the best views
in Hawaii. They were truly amazing. The unit was quiet and the amenities
were great. It was a real plus having more than sufficient indoor parking.
The location could not have been better. It was within walking distance of
everything in Waikii and very convenient to all highways. We would highly
recommend the unit. ln fact we already have to several friends and family.
There is no question that when we return we will DEFINITELY stay here.

Just to say thank you very much for all the help we got in booking our condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday In Hawaii. The condo was excellent with
beautiful views, clean and equipped with everything we needed.
We thought Waikiki was definitely better than Kauai, which we found very
quiet and not much to do in the evenings.
Our wedding plans all went smoothly, and sadly we are now back in England
and back to reality and daily routine.

I'd love it if you wanted to use my comments on your site and would be happy
to answer any prospective renter's questions. We love your place so much and
are sorry to be leaving soon. I am already thinking of how to stay longer
next year! I can't tell you how much fun we've had and just how relaxing
the condo has been as our home base. Everything has just been perfect for
us. Today they had the breakfast on the beach and we just loved it. We are
so happy and enjoying ourselves! Your place is very nice and suits us just #
perfectly. The futons are very nice to have for the little ones. Everything
is sooo easy and relaxed and having the internet hookup is very nice for
Jeff to catch up on work when the kids need some down time. We were so very
pleased when we opened the door to this beautiful condo.

wonderful memories. I took many great pictures from your balcony

Thank you for the prompt reimbursement of our deposit.
We had a wonderful time in Waikiki. Your condo was very
nice and very clean. The people were very friendly and
the location was perfect. We would definitely like to
visit again in a couple of years and hopefully you will
still have your condo to rent.
