The Waikiki Banyan is the perfect family resort near the beach, with all the fun of Waikiki. Our 1 bedroom condominium can accommodate up to five people and offer the comfort of separate bedrooms plus the convenience of complete kitchens. The Waikiki Banyan completed a major renovation in late 2002, offering guests a fresh, updated facility.
The hotel's amenities include a heated swimming pool; children's play area, snack bar, tennis and barbeque area. All of this is only ten miles from Honolulu International Airport. The Waikiki Banyan is convenient to fine dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Driving Directions to the Waikiki Banyan Hotel:
From Honolulu International Airport: Exit airport terminal and access H-1 Freeway East. Exit freeway via Nimitz Highway and follow Waikiki directional signs. Nimitz Highway transitions into Ala Moana Boulevard which in turn merges with Kalakaua Avenue at the southwest entrance to Waikiki. Keep left and proceed onto Kuhio Avenue. Turn left on Paoakalani Avenue and turn left again on Ala Wai Boulevard. Take another left turn on Ohua Avenue. The Waikiki Banyan is on the left side at the corner of Ohua and Kuhio Avenue.
Parking
Parking is included in the rate and the parking garage is located within the building. The parking pass will be on the kitchen counter, please display the pass in your vehicle. Remember to leave the pass on the kitchen table when you depart.

How do we check in?
Upon receiving your confirmation from us, please advise us of your flight itinerary. We will meet you at the unit, give you a brief familiarization of amenities, hand over the keys and leave you alone to enjoy your privacy in paradise. Check-in is 3 PM.
How do we check out?
Easy, just leave the keys in the room and close the door behind you. Be careful not to leave any belongings behind. We will inspect the unit and provide you with your deposit within 14 days by credit or check. Check-out is 10 AM.
Cleaning Fees?
Cleaning Fees are included in your rate, cleaning is accomplished upon check out. There is NO daily maid/housekeeping service. Cleaning fees does NOT include laundry service. All that we ask is that you wash all the bed sheets and towels that your family utilizes. Washer and dryers are available at the Waikiki Banyan. Other wise there is a charge of $30 for laundry service. Let us know if you would like to take advantage of the laundry services beforehand. Kitchenware and appliances are provided for your convenience. We ask that you wash all your pots, dishes, towels, sheets and bed covers.
